Victor Scott Rodriguez is a native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, and raised in Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan.  His father is of Puerto Rican descent and his mother is of Jewish descent.  He has had a long-standing ambition of being an author. Metropolicks, co-written with Felicia Lin, is his first novel.  He is the former Vice-President of the Baltimore Writers Alliance, and former Board member of the Washington Independent Writers (now the American Independent Writers).  He has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Hunter College, a bachelor’s degree in Religion from Rutgers University and a master of arts degree in Divinity from the University of Chicago Divinity School.  Currently, he resides in New York City.
